SHARE PURCHASE PLAN – ONLINE ACCESS INFORMATION

Spirit Telecom (ASX:ST1) advises that the Share Purchase Plan Offer Booklet and personalised application form was dispatched to Eligible Shareholders on Friday, 28 August 2020.

Some Eligible Shareholders may be experiencing delays in receiving this correspondence as a result of COVID-19.

You should read the Share Purchase Plan Offer Booklet carefully and in its entirety before deciding whether to apply.

All eligible shareholders can access the Share Purchase Plan Offer Booklet and their personalised application form through the Automic Investor Portal at:

https://investor.automic.com.au/#/home.

If you have already registered, you can log in under “Existing users sign in”. If you haven’t registered, you can sign in by clicking on “Single Holding Access” or you can click “register” to create a portfolio.

Once you have logged in, click on “Documents & Statements” and then click on “download” to the right of the ST1 Share Purchase Plan Offer Booklet pdf and the ST1 Share Purchase Plan 2020 pdf to download and view the Offer Booklet and personalised application form.
