CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

Spirit (ASX:ST1) is pleased to advise that following approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, 13 October 2020, the Company name change has been processed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and the Company has changed its name from “Spirit Telecom Limited” to “ Spirit Technology Solutions Ltd ”, effective from 13 October 2020. The Company’s ticker code remains as ASX: ST1 .

Spirit has undergone rapid growth over the past 12 months with a renewed focus on IT & T service, including the provision of Telecommunication services, Cloud services, Managed IT services and Cyber Security services to small and medium size businesses as well as essential services providers. The change of Company name is reflective of the future strategic direction of Spirit.
