David Clanchy Appointed as Chief Financial Officer effective 20 April 2026

Infotrust Ltd (“ Infotrust ”; “ Company ”) announces the appointment of David Clanchy to the role of Chief Financial Officer ( CFO ). Paul Miller will be stepping down from his role as CFO but will remain with the Company until 29 May 2026 to support an orderly handover.

Mr Clanchy brings extensive senior leadership experience, with over 20 years in professional services, including as a Partner at Ernst & Young, leading finance teams across domestic and international markets. His background includes advising on transactions and accounting matters across the technology, engineering and professional services sectors, together with hands-on experience as a technology company CFO.

Infotrust Managing Director and CEO, Julian Challingsworth, said:
