Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Spirit Telecom (“Spirit” ASX:ST1) announces that Mr Terry Gray has decided to resign from the Board effective today. Mr Gray joined the Spirit Board in 2014 when the Company was valued at circa $11m, with the purpose of preparing and assisting the Company to be an ASX listed Company and achieving a market capitalisation of $100m.

During the time as a Board member, Mr Gray has overseen the expansion and growth in the Spirit operations. Mr Gray led the Audit and Risk Committee and provided valuable advice around the early capital raisings.

Mr Gray commented “I am pleased to have been involved in the development of Spirit from a fledgling private company to position the business as a modern Telco with a market capitalisation of circa $100m. Spirit has developed a market leading digital platform that will drive sales and combined with new products derived from the recent VPD acquisition, will provide continued growth opportunities. I felt this was the right time to step down as the Company is in good hands to take the business to the next stage of development.”
