Subject: Allotment of Equity Shares

This is to inform you that the Company has allotted 97,651 equity shares of face value of ₹ 5 each vide a Board resolution dated August 05, 2025, and approved on August 10, 2025, pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units by eligible employees as hereunder:

• 5,766 equity shares under the 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan;

• 91,885 equity shares under the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019.

Consequently, effective from August 10, 2025, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to ₹ 20,77,18,51,395/- divided into 4,15,43,70,279 equity shares of face value of ₹ 5/- each.
