Notice to Stock Exchanges

On December 28, 2017, the Company notified the stock exchanges on which its securities trade of the extinguishment of 113,043,478 equity shares, of face value Rs. 5/- each, of the Company as a result of the conclusion of the Company’s buyback of its equity shares (the “Notice”).
