Please note that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 trading window of the Company, for all our directors, KMPs, designated employees and their immediate relatives, was closed on June 30, 2021 and it will continue to remain closed till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 and the same has been informed to BSE vide our letter dated June 29, 2021.
