Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, November 01, 2021 , inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 along with other matters as per the agenda of the meeting.
Please note that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 trading window of the Company, for all our directors, KMPs, designated employees and their immediate relatives, was closed on September 30, 2021 and it will continue to remain closed till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 and the same has been informed to BSE vide our letter dated September 29, 2021.
