This is to inform you that the company has received an Adjudication order dated April 21, 2020 (Ref No.: Order/AP/AS/2020-21/7504) under section 15-I of SEBI Act, 1992 read with rule 5 of SEBI (Procedure for holding inquiry and imposing penalties) Rules, 1995 for failing to make disclosure under regulation 13(4A) read with regulation 13 (5) of the PIT regulations, 1992 for the period 2012-2013 for 5 instances.
As per the order received, the penalty of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only) has been imposed on the Company under section 15A (b) of the SEBI Act.
