APPLICATION TO LIST SHARES

Informa PLC announces that an application has been made for the block listing of 260,540 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.

These shares will be issued pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the UBM plc 2008 Sharesave Scheme (115,312 shares) and the UBM plc 2014 International Sharesave Plan (145,228 shares). On exercise the shares will rank equally with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of Informa PLC.

Admission is expected to be effective on 19 July 2018.
