2018 Annual Report and Financial Statements

and Notice of Annual General Meeting

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R and Disclosure and Transparency Rule 4.1.3(R), Informa PLC (the "Company") announces that the documents listed below have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders:

·        Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 ("the Annual Report")

·        Sustainability Report 2018 ("the Sustainability Report")

·        Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") to be held on 24 May 2019 and

·        Form of Proxy for the 2019 AGM.

The Annual Report, Sustainability Report and Notice of AGM will also shortly be available to view or download from the Company's website: www.informa.com  

The Company's AGM will be held at 11.00 am on Friday 24 May 2019 at 240 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8BF.

The announcement should be read in conjunction with the Company's announcement issued on 7 March 2019: 2018 Full Year Results.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Annual Report, Sustainability Report, Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
