Informa PLC (LSE: INF.L), the leading international Academic Markets, B2B Markets and Digital Services Group, confirms that on 13 March 2023, Anna Carter, the wife of Group Chief Executive, Stephen A. Carter, purchased 22,584 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at a price of £6.6416 per share. 

Following this purchase, Stephen A. Carter and persons closely associated with him will have interests in 1,962,314 ordinary shares in the Company.
