Notification of transaction by Director/PDMR

On 3 April 2019, the Company was notified that yesterday (2 April), Greg Lock, Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chairman, transferred 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company to The Greg and Rosie Lock Foundation (the "Lock Foundation") for nil consideration.  The Lock Foundation is a charitable trust (Charity number 1090360) established to support a broad range of charities with some emphasis on education and sport.  Greg Lock is a Trustee, but not a beneficiary, of the Lock Foundation, which is considered to be a Person Closely Associated with him.

Following this transaction, the Lock Foundation holds 50,000 shares in the Company.

These transactions took place outside of a trading venue.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulations.
