Informa PLC ("the Company") announces that on 16 September 2016, David Flaschen, a Non-Executive Director, acquired 500 American Depository Receipts ("ADRs") representing 1,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the Company (0.00015% of the issued share capital of the Company), at a price of $19.145 per ADR.

David Flaschen now holds a total of 3,500 ADRs, representing 7,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p in the Company (0.00108% of the issued share capital of the Company). All ADRs are held in the Flaschen Family Trust.
