·     under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, Anna Carter, Stephen A. Carter's wife, acquired 616 ordinary shares in the Company. Stephen A. Carter holds a total of 66,020 ordinary shares in the Company (400 held by him and 65,620 held by his wife), equalling 0.010% of the issued share capital.
