Informa PLC ("the Company") announces that on 13 February 2015, conditional awards to receive up to a specified maximum number of ordinary shares of 0.1p each of the Company ("shares") were granted to the following Directors, under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") in accordance with the LTIP rules. 

Vesting of the awards will depend on the extent to which performance conditions have been satisfied over a three-year period ending 31 December 2017.
