Return of Headquarters to the UK - New Informa Reduction of Capital

Further to the announcement on 30 May 2014, Informa PLC ("New Informa") announces that the English Court today issued an order confirming the New Informa Reduction of Capital. The order has today been registered with the Registrar of Companies and accordingly the New Informa Reduction of Capital has now become effective and the nominal value of each ordinary share in New Informa has been reduced from 435 pence to 0.1 pence.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Circular published by Informa on 15 April 2014.
