Director Declaration
In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R (2) of the Listing Rules, Informa plc today announces that Stephen A. Carter, Group Chief Executive, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Vodafone Group plc following its Annual General Meeting on 26 July 2022, subject to shareholder approval.
As previously announced, Stephen A. Carter will step down from his role as Non-Executive Director of United Utilities plc on 22 July 2022.
