Informa PLC ("the Company") - Directorate Change

In accordance with LR9.6.11R(2), the Company announces that, having served for ten years on the board, Non-Executive Director John Davis, did not stand for re-election at today's AGM and therefore today is the last day of his term.

The Company confirms that John Davis will receive his annual Non-Executive Director's fee of £63,375, on a pro-rata basis up until 19th May 2016. No other remuneration payment or payment for loss of office will be made.
