Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Vortex Pipes Limited (“Vortex” or “the Company”) (ASX: VTX) advises that the Board accepted Santino DiGiacomo resignation as director of the Company, effective 5 December 2012.

Mr Di-Giacomo has held the position of Non-Executive Director since January 2010. The Board would like to thank him for his significant contribution to the Company and wish him the very best for the future.
