InfoBeans Founders Donate INR 22 Crore Worth Equity Shares to Navodaya Foundation for Social Impact Initiatives

InfoBeans Technologies Limited (NSE: INFOBEAN, BSE: 543644), informs that founders of the company jointly have donated 2,43,000 equity shares of InfoBeans Technologies Limited aggregating to an approximate value of INR 22 crores, to the Navodaya Foundation, a registered charitable organization.

The said transfer has been undertaken by the promoters in their personal capacity as part of their philanthropic initiatives, with the objective of supporting long-term programs in the areas of education, environmental sustainability, and animal protection.

Navodaya Foundation, based in Bengaluru is a Public Charitable Trust registered in the year 14.05.2003. Foundation is registered under section 12AB of Income Tax Act, 1961 and has got approval under section 80G of Income Tax Act, 1961.

The Foundation undertakes activities in Education, Medical Relief, and Preservation and Conservation of Nature and Wildlife, alongside other public utility initiatives.

The company further clarifies that the aforesaid transaction represents a transfer of existing equity shares personally held by the promoters and does not involve any fresh issuance of shares by the Company.
