With reference to above mentioned caption, we would like to update on the disclosure made by us on 26th, July 2019 under Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for the 110000 shares purchased by Mr. Avinash Sethi.

We would like to clarify that the disclosure was erroneously made twice to the NSE, due to which it was showing as that the purchase of 110000 shares is made twice, while the purchase was made only once.

We request you to kindly consider it as single transaction of 110000 shares.
