Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform that we have incorporated the subsidiary in the name of InfoBeans Technologies LLC, a company established by virtue of a commercial license issue by Dubai Department of Economy, in which InfoBeans Technologies Ltd has proposed to make the Investment by way of capital contribution in near future. The ODI compliances for Capital Investment is in process, and we will update the same to Stock Exchange once it’s completed.
