Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024 to, inter-alia, consider and approve:

1. The Audited Standalone Financial Results & Financial Statements of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2024;

2. The Audited Consolidated Financial Results & Financial Statements of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2024.

Further, pursuant to Regulation 46 of LODR, notice of the said Meeting is also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.infoedge.in. The Results so approved will be published pursuant to provisions of LODR.

Also, in furtherance, to our letter dated March 29, 2024 and pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the Company's ‘Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company is already closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives effective April 01, 2024 and shall re-open Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2024.
