Dear Sirs,

Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/P/CIR/2021/556 dated April 29, 2021, this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on Monday, June 21, 2021 to consider and approve, inter-alia:

1. The Standalone Financial Results & Audited Standalone Financial Statements of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2021;

2. The Consolidated Financial Results & Audited Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company and its subsidiaries for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2021;

Further, pursuant to Regulation 46 of LODR, notice of the said Meeting is also being uploaded on the website of the Company.

In furtherance, to our letter dated March 31, 2021 and pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's ‘Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company’, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company is already closed effective April 01, 2021 and shall re-open Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2021.
