• Ref: Regulations 29(1)(a) and 46(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“LODR”).

Dear Sirs,

This is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on Sunday, November 14, 2021 to, inter-alia, consider and approve the un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter & Half Year ended September 30, 2021.

Further, pursuant to Regulation 46 of LODR, notice of the said Meeting is also being uploaded on the website of the Company. The Results so approved will be published pursuant to provisions of LODR.

In furtherance, to our letter dated September 30, 2021 and pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's ‘Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company’, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company is already closed effective October 01, 2021 and shall re-open Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Half Year ended on September 30, 2021.
