Sub.: Notice of Board Meeting to Consider Recommendation of Final Dividend FY2022

Dear Sir,

Please refer our letter dated May 17, 2022, informing you about the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Friday, May 27, 2022 to, inter-alia, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Year ended March 31, 2022.

In furtherance of the above and pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company will also consider the recommendation of Final Dividend, for the financial year 2021-22 in its meeting scheduled on Friday, May 27, 2022 as aforesaid.

As already intimated vide our communication dated March 31, 2022, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the “Trading Window” for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed effective April 1, 2022 and shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration and publication of Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the Quarter & Year ended March 31, 2022(both days inclusive).
