Ltd., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited has committed to approximately 50% of total corpus of each scheme in partnership with the Company as per following details in the Alternative Investment Funds (“AIFs”) sponsored through Smartweb Internet Services Limited, wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company:
