This is in furtherance to our letter dated April 28, 2022 wherein the Company had informed that MacRitchie Investments Pte. Ltd., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited has committed to approximately 50% of total corpus of each scheme in partnership with the Company as per following details in the Alternative Investment Funds (“AIFs”) sponsored through Smartweb Internet Services Limited, whollyowned subsidiary of the Company:
