Dear Sir/Madam,

The Company had set up an Alternative Investment Fund named Info Edge Venture Fund (“IEVF”), a trust registered with SEBI as Category II AIF, under the SEBI Alternative Investment Funds Regulations 2012, sponsored through Smartweb Internet Services Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary.

With a target corpus of Rs. 750 Cr., the Fund’s mandate is to invest in early stage technology companies.

This is to inform you that IEVF has now entered into a Contribution Agreement with MacRitchie Investments Pte. Ltd, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek”) for a contribution commitment of Rs. 375Cr.
