Ms. Jaya Bhatia (A-33211) is associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has done her LLB and B. Com (Hons) from University of Delhi.

Ms. Bhatia possesses about 11 years of experience in corporate governance, corporate secretarial affairs, compliances, board processes and legal. She has been associated with Company for last 7 years and in her current profile she has been responsible for secretarial compliances and legal support for Company’s investments/M&A transactions. Prior to joining the Company she was associated with Apollo Tyres Ltd.

Ms. Bhatia is not related to any of the Directors/Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
