COMPLETION OF TEST WORK UNDER PROJECT AGREEMENT

Infinity Lithium Corporation Limited (‘ Infinity ’, or ‘ the Company ’) wishes to announce that upon successful completion of the Project Agreement with EIT InnoEnergy and Dorfner Anzaplan, Infinity has now issued 1,921,341 zero exercise price warrants (‘ Warrants ’) to EIT InnoEnergy. This is the final issue of securities under this agreement.

The tranche 3 payment by EIT InnoEnergy to Dorfner Anzaplan under the agreement totalling €147,230 has been finalised as a result of the completion of the test work relating to San José Lithium Project (‘ San José ’, or ‘ the Project ’). The Terms and Conditions of the Warrant Deed and Project Agreement are detailed in the Notice of General Meeting ASX announcement 24 June 2020.

The test work program completed under the Project Agreement has culminated in the successful production of both battery grade lithium hydroxide and carbonate.

The relationship with EIT InnoEnergy has expanded into other lithium-related aspects of the battery chain. The Company’s wholly owned Spanish subsidiary Extremadura New Energies has officially launched the Extremadura New Energies Academy, and in collaboration with EIT InnoEnergy, provide training courses of the European Battery Alliance Academy. InnoEnergy is the entity designated by the European Commission to manage and lead the "EBA250" (the industrial development programme of the European Battery Alliance). The course 'Basic concepts of storage in batteries' is the first step in Extremadura New Energies' commitment to the training of qualified personnel and will be prioritised for residents of Cáceres and the unemployed. The course will be led through Spanish tutors (from Extremadura) and supervised by experts from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, the University of Birmingham, and the Imperial College London.

The CEO of Extremadura New Energies, Ramón Jiménez, recognised the critical importance of the Extremadura New Energies Academy to lead the development of key skills and education for personnel that will be needed in Cáceres for the Project and other lithium-ion battery related opportunities. "We are going to need qualified personnel and our objective has always been that, as far as possible, this employment should have an impact on the people of Cáceres, This is a long-term commitment to training which will be intensified in the coming years in the framework of the collaboration between Extremadura New Energies and EIT InnoEnergy. With a focus on localised value chains, we can see an opportunity for Cáceres to be a focal point of a reskilled and focused workforce aligned to energy transition and more specifically the lithium-ion battery value chain.”

Extremadura New Energies will be a priority partner in the distribution, promotion and delivery of EIT InnoEnergy courses through the European Battery Academy. The platform currently offers courses that cover a wide variety of topics related to technology, business and innovation in the battery and hydrogen sector.

FINALIZACIÓN DE LOS TRABAJOS DE PRUEBA EN EL MARCO DEL ACUERDO DE PROYECTO

Infinity Lithium Corporation Limited (" Infinity ", o " la Compañía ") desea anunciar que tras la finalización con éxito del Acuerdo de Proyecto con EIT InnoEnergy y Dorfner Anzaplan, Infinity ha emitido 1.921.341 garantías de precio de ejercicio cero (" Warrants ") a EIT InnoEnergy. Esta es la última emisión de valores en el marco de este acuerdo.

El pago del tramo 3 por parte de EIT InnoEnergy a Dorfner Anzaplan en virtud del acuerdo, por un total de 147.230 euros, ha finalizado como resultado de la finalización de los trabajos de prueba relativos al Proyecto de Litio San José (" San José ", o " el Proyecto "). El programa de trabajo de prueba completado bajo el Acuerdo del Proyecto ha culminado con la producción exitosa de hidróxido y carbonato de litio de grado de batería.

La relación con EIT InnoEnergy se ha ampliado a otros aspectos de la cadena de baterías relacionados con el litio. La filial española de la Compañía, Extremadura New Energies, ha lanzado oficialmente la Extremadura New Energies Academy, y en colaboración con EIT InnoEnergy, imparte cursos de formación de la European Battery Alliance Academy. EIT InnoEnergy es la entidad designada por la Comisión Europea para gestionar y liderar el "EBA250" (el programa de desarrollo industrial de la Alianza Europea de Baterías). El curso 'Conceptos básicos de almacenamiento en baterías' es el primer paso en la apuesta de Extremadura New Energies por la formación de personal cualificado y dará prioridad a los residentes en Cáceres y a los desempleados. El curso estará dirigido por tutores españoles (extremeños) y supervisado por expertos de la Universidad Libre de Bruselas, la Universidad de Birmingham y el Imperial College de Londres.

" Vamos a necesitar personal cualificado y nuestro objetivo siempre ha sido que, en la medida de lo posible, este empleo repercuta en los cacereños, Se trata de una apuesta a largo plazo por la formación que se intensificará en los próximos años en el marco de la colaboración entre Extremadura Nuevas Energías y EIT InnoEnergy. Con un enfoque en las cadenas de valor localizadas, podemos ver una oportunidad para que Cáceres sea un punto focal de una mano de obra re-capacitada y centrada en la transición energética y más específicamente en la cadena de valor de las baterías de iones de litio ."

About Infinity Lithium

Infinity Lithium is an Australian listed minerals company who is seeking to develop its 75% owned San José Lithium Project in Spain.
