Infinity Lithium Corporation Limited (ASX:INF “Infinity Lithium”, or “the Company”) advises that effective from 18 March 2020 the performance hurdle in relation to Milestone Performance Shares has not been achieved, within 4 years from the date of the Agreement, accordingly the 10,000,000 Milestone B Performance Shares lapse.
