Infinity Lithium Corporation Limited (ASX: INF) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Infinity Lithium Corporation Limited (‘INF’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of INF, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 20 April 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading Halt Request

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1 Infinity Lithium Corporation Limited (“ Company ”) hereby requests a Trading Halt in its securities from ASX effective immediately, pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests the Trading Halt from receipt of the request until the release of the announcement. It is anticipated that this announcement will be made no later than the commencement of trading on 20 April 2020.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
