Notice under Section 708A

On 24 April 2020, Infinity Lithium Corporation Limited (“ Company ”) completed the issue of 25,284,286 fully paid ordinary shares (“ Shares ”) and 12,642,143 options exercisable at $0.07 each on or before 24 October 2021 pursuant to the placement announced on 20 April 2020.

The Company hereby notifies the Australian Stock Exchange in accordance with section 708A (5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the “Act ”) that:

• a) the Company issued the Shares without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

• b) the Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

  • i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; ands

  • ii) section 674 of the Act;

• c) as at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed which is excluded information (as defined in section 708A(7) of the Act) that is reasonable for investors and their professional advisers to expect to find in a disclosure document.
