Infini Expands Reitenbach Lake Uranium Project Footprint by 31%
Reitenbach Lake project footprint expanded by over 8,900 ha, lifting Infini’s total landholding in and adjacent to the Athabasca Basin to over 102,000 ha.

==> picture [417 x 5] intentionally omitted <==
Newly staked ground is adjacent to the 1.9% U3O8 Titus Prospect[1] and contiguous with the existing Reitenbach Lake tenements, consolidating control over a highly prospective exploration corridor within the Needle Falls Shear Zone.

==> picture [417 x 5] intentionally omitted <==
The new tenements are located along the structural corridor and strike of electromagnetic conductors, radiometric anomalies and interpreted key geological structures identified by previous work programs, accentuating potential geological continuity and scale potential.

Phase 2 rock chip assay results from Reynolds Lake and Reitenbach Lake are expected imminently, ahead of final targeting and drill planning for an expected inaugural drill program in Q2 CY2026.
Infini Resources Limited (ASX:I88) (“Infini” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has staked three additional mineral claims contiguous with its existing Reitenbach Lake Uranium Project in northern Saskatchewan, Canada.
The newly staked tenements comprise MC00023249 (3,113 hectares), MC00023250 (3,117 hectares) and MC00023251 (2,688 hectares) and materially expand Infini’s landholding over a rapidly emerging uranium exploration corridor. The Company’s land position at Reitenbach Lake has now increased by approximately 31%, bringing the total project footprint to 380 km[2] and increasing Infini’s overall footprint in and adjacent to the Athabasca Basin to 1,021 km[2] .
Importantly, preliminary review of the Company’s 2025 work program data (including a recently flown Xcite airborne electromagnetic (EM), radiometric and magnetic survey conducted by the Company)(refer to ASX Announcements 22 September and 2 October 2025) indicates that priority EM conductors, radiometric anomalies and geological structures identified within Infini’s existing Reitenbach Lake tenements may extend into the newly acquired ground, reinforcing the geological continuity of the system and enhancing the scale potential of the project.
The expanded landholding provides Infini with greater flexibility to advance exploration across a broader, coherent target area and enhances the Company’s ability to prioritise and test multiple high-quality targets as it progresses toward a planned drill program in Q2 CY2026.
Infini’s Chief Executive Officer, Rohan Bone, said: "Expanding our footprint at Reitenbach Lake is a strategic step that strengthens Infini’s position over an emerging highly prospective exploration corridor. Securing ground adjacent to the Titus Prospect that captures interpreted extensions of key EM conductors, radiometric anomalies and key geological structures materially enhances the scale potential of the project. With a consolidated land package and drilling planned for 2026, Reitenbach Lake is shaping up as a cornerstone asset within our Athabasca Basin project portfolio”.

Next Steps
Infini is now seeking to acquire and consolidate all available datasets across the newly staked tenements. Following receipt of Phase 2 field sampling assay results, drill-ready targets will be finalised and prioritised across the Reynolds Lake and Reitenbach Lake projects. Key upcoming milestones include:
-
Receival of Phase 2 rock chip assay results, expected imminently.
-
Target refinement and drill planning integrating structural, geophysical and geochemical datasets, expected in Q1 CY2026.
-
Commencement of a maiden drill campaign across priority targets at Reynolds and Reitenbach Lake projects, subject to permitting and stakeholder engagement, targeted for Q2 CY2026.
-
Ongoing engagement with local First Nations, including Ya’thi Néné Lands and Resources (YNLR), alongside government permitting processes, progressing in parallel to support drilling activities.

When combined with Infini’s Reynolds Lake and Boulding Lake projects, Infini now holds a dominant exploration footprint of 1,021 km[2] in and adjacent to the Athabasca Basin.

About Reynolds Lake & Reitenbach Lake
The Reynolds Lake and Reitenbach Lake Uranium Projects collectively comprise 22 mineral claims covering a total footprint of 766 km² on the eastern outboard margin of the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan. The projects are contiguous, with Reynolds Lake consisting of 12 claims (386 km²) and Reitenbach Lake consisting of 10 claims (381 km²) adjoining its northern boundary.
The properties are underlain by Archean to Paleoproterozoic metamorphic and igneous rocks and are bisected by the crustal-scale Needle Falls Shear Zone, a major structural corridor separating the Wollaston Domain to the west from the Peter Lake Domain to the east. The Wollaston Domain is dominated by Paleoproterozoic siliciclastic metasediments including paragneiss, quartzite, and calcsilicate units, while the Peter Lake Domain contains Archean to Paleoproterozoic granitoid gneisses and supracrustal rocks. Both domains are strongly deformed and metamorphosed, with northeast-trending isoclinal folding and later cross-cutting north–south fault systems that provide structural complexity and potential pathways for hydrothermal fluid flow.
Graphitic schists and gneisses, key lithologies known to host unconformity-associated uranium mineralisation, have been identified within the project area and are spatially associated with electromagnetic conductors, radiometric anomalies and elevated uranium-in-lake sediment samples. Recent exploration has confirmed primary uranium mineralisation at surface at Reitenbach Lake, while petrographic analysis has validated a structurally prepared and hydrothermally altered basement environment consistent with an unconformity-related uranium system.
Regionally, the geological setting is considered analogous to uranium systems at Eagle Point and Rabbit Lake, where mineralisation occurs along graphitic shear zones at the boundary between Wollaston metasediments and granitoid basement.
