Description

The securities of Infini Resources Limited (‘I88’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of I88, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 6 February 2025 or when the announcement is released to the market.

INFINI RESOURCES LIMITED – TRADING HALT REQUEST

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Infini Resources Limited (ASX: I88, “Infini” or the “Company”) requests that an immediate trading halt be put on its securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Thursday, 6 February 2025 or upon the release by the Company of the announcement to the market regarding the above.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or any other information necessary to inform the market about the requested trading halt.
