Infini Resources Limited (ASX: I88) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Infini Resources Limited (‘I88’) will be halted at the request of I88, pending the release of an announcement by I88.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 23 October 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

INFINI RESOURCES LIMITED – TRADING HALT REQUEST

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Infini Resources Limited (ASX: I88, “Infini” or the “Company”) requests that an immediate trading halt be put on its securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Thursday, 23 October 2025 or upon the release by the Company of the announcement to the market regarding the above.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or any other information necessary to inform the market about the requested trading halt.
