Entitlement Offer Results

Infini Resources Ltd (ASX: I88, “Infini” or the “Company”) advises that its non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer to Eligible Shareholders of one (1) Loyalty Option for every four (4) existing Shares held at the Record Date, at an issue price of $0.02 per Loyalty Option (“ Entitlement Offer ”), announced on 23 October 2025, closed at 5.00pm (AWST) on Friday, 21 November 2025.

The Entitlement Offer was made under the prospectus lodged by the Company on Monday, 3 November 2025 (“ Prospectus ”). Capitalised terms used, but not defined in this announcement, have the same meaning given to those terms used in the Prospectus.

The Company is pleased to advise that it has received valid applications from Eligible Shareholders for 20,196,363 Loyalty Options, raising $403,927.26 (before costs). This resulted in a shortfall of 6,489,559 Loyalty Options, representing $129,791.18 (before costs), which the Company will seek to allocate under the Shortfall Offer at the Board’s discretion in accordance with the allocation policy set out in the Prospectus.

The Loyalty Options, the subject of valid applications under the Entitlement Offer, and the JLM Options will be issued today. The Company is confident of receiving applications for the full number of the Shortfall Options under the Shortfall Offer and expects to issue the Shortfall Options on Monday, 1 December 2025.

Subject to compliance with the requirements of ASX and the Listing Rules, the Loyalty Options, Shortfall Options and JLM Options will be quoted under the ASX code I88OA.
