Annual General Meeting Details

Infini Resources Limited (ASX: I88, “Infini” or the “Company”) advises that its 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 26 November 2025.

Further information about the Annual General Meeting, including accessing the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum, will be released to shareholders later in the month. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company’s Announcements Platform and the Company’s website.

The Company further advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for receipt of nominations for the election of directors is 8 October 2025. Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm AWST on this date.
