States has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg,
Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 07,
2015 and on that day amounted to 5.04% (this corresponds to 56837405 Voting
Rights).
2.37% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 26688181 Voting Rights) are
