informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, have
exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 23, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 5.02% (this corresponds to 56614020 Voting Rights).
2.23% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 25166598 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
