Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on May 08, 2013 and on that day amounted to
3.28% (this corresponds to 35445839 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.25% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 35123589 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
