On December 21, 2012, Black Rock Group Limited, London, United Kingdom has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 18, 2012 and
on that day amounted to 2.999% (this corresponds to 32402688 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.999% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
32402688 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
