section 21 para. 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights in Infineon
Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0006231004, WKN: 623100,
exceeded the 5% limit of the voting rights on January 29, 2010 and on that
day amounted to 5.11% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 55,553,415
