Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006231004, WKN:
623100, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on July 13,
2009 and now amount to 2.82% (this corresponds to 21156936 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
