according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares the Voting
Rights of Dodge & Cox International Stock Fund, San Francisco, USA on
Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006231004, WKN:
623100, have fallen below the 10% limit of the Voting Rights on August 05,
2009 and on that day amount to 9.88% (this corresponds to 105919119 Voting
Rights).

Furthermore, on August 07, 2009 , Dodge & Cox Investment Managers has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
the Voting Rights of Dodge & Cox, San Francisco, USA on Infineon
Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006231004, WKN: 623100,
have fallen below the 10% limit of the Voting Rights on August 05, 2009
and on that day amount to 9.95% (this corresponds to 106771627 Voting
Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG,
9.88% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 105919119 Voting Rights)
are to be attributed to the company from Dodge & Cox International Stock
Fund and 0.08 % of the Voting Rights are to be attributed to the company
from Dodge & Cox Global Stock Fund, which holds directly less than 3%.
