August 2009 the number of Voting Rights amounts to a total of 1,086,742,085
Voting Rights. As of August 5, 2009, the number of Voting Rights in a first
step was increased to a total of 1,072,569,049 Voting Rights and as of
August 11, 2009 was increased to a total of 1,086,742,085 Voting Rights.
