to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006231004, WKN:
623100, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on February 04,
2008 and now amount to 3.37% (this corresponds to 25291340 Voting Rights).
