   informed us according to article 21 section 1 WpHG that on March 17, 2008
   the voting rights of AllianceBernstein L.P., New York, USA, in Infineon
   Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, have exceeded the threshold of 3% now
   amount to 3.18% (corresponding to 23824142 voting rights). All of these
   voting rights are to be attributed according to article 22 section 1
   sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.

2. On March 19, 2008, AXA Investment Managers, Frankfurt, Germany, has
   further informed us according to article 21 section 1 WpHG that on March
   17, 2008 the voting rights of AllianceBernstein Corporation, New York, USA
   in Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, have exceeded the
   threshold of 3% now amount to 3.18% (corresponding to 23824142 voting
   rights). All of these voting rights are to be attributed according to
   article 22 section 1 sentence 1 no. 6 and sentence 2 WpHG.

3. On March 19, 2008, AXA Investment Managers, Frankfurt, Germany, has
   further informed us according to article 21 section 1 WpHG that on March
   17, 2008 the voting rights of Equitable Holdings LLC, New York, USA, in
   Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, have exceeded the threshold
   of 3% now amount to 3.18% (corresponding to 23824142 voting rights). All of
   these voting rights are to be attributed according to article 22 section 1
   sentence 1 no. 6 and sentence 2 WpHG.

4. On March 19, 2008, AXA Investment Managers, Frankfurt, Germany, has
   further informed us according to article 21 section 1 WpHG that on March
   17, 2008 the voting rights of AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company, New
   York, USA, in Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, have exceeded
   the threshold of 3% now amount to 3.18% (corresponding to 23824142 voting
   rights). All of these voting rights are to be attributed according to
   article 22 section 1 sentence 1 no. 6 and sentence 2 WpHG.

5. On March 19, 2008, AXA Investment Managers, Frankfurt, Germany, has
   further informed us according to article 21 section 1 WpHG that on March
   17, 2008 the voting rights of AXA Financial Services, LLC, New York, USA,
   in Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, have exceeded the
   threshold of 3% now amount to 3.18% (corresponding to 23824142 voting
   rights). All of these voting rights are to be attributed according to
   article 22 section 1 sentence 1 no. 6 and sentence 2 WpHG.

6. On March 19, 2008, AXA Investment Managers, Frankfurt, Germany, has
   further informed us according to article 21 section 1 WpHG that on March
   17, 2008 the voting rights of AXA Financial, Inc., New York, USA, in
   Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, have exceeded the threshold
   of 3% now amount to 3.18% (corresponding to 23824142 voting rights). All of
   these voting rights are to be attributed according to article 22 section 1
   sentence 1 no. 6 and sentence 2 WpHG.

7. On March 19, 2008, AXA Investment Managers, Frankfurt, Germany, has
   further informed us according to article 21 section 1 WpHG that on March
   17, 2008 the voting rights of S.A., Paris, France, in Infineon Technologies
   AG, Neubiberg, Germany, still exceed the threshold of 3% and now amount to
   3.75% (corresponding to 28112052 voting rights). All of these voting rights
   are to be attributed according to article 22 section 1 sentence 1 no. 6 and
   sentence 2 WpHG.
